Happy BLUE New Year to all!

It was a much happier holiday season for Democrats in Johnson County! While still celebrating our victories in November, we welcomed several new members to the Democratic Party!

JCDW North will meet on Thursday, January 3 at 6:30 at Luckys at 5401 Johnson Drive in Mission. Our guest speaker is Dana Wright of the Dana and Parks Show on 98.1 FM. https://kmbz.radio.com/hosts/dana-wright.
We will also be welcoming our new Democratic legislators, Sen. Barbara Bollier, Rep. Stephanie Clayton and Sen. Dinah Sykes. And of course we will be celebrating Sharice Davids’ inauguration that day!
JCDW South is meeting on Thursday, January 17 at Old Shawnee Pizza in Lenexa. The speaker will be Rabbi Moti Rieber. The topic will be: Sacred Resistance; Faith based social justice and the work of Kansas Interfaith Action.

Going to meetings is a great way to meet like minded friends, get new and important information, and meet the leaders in our community who are making a difference! And, it’s just really fun! Please join us!
