Washington Days

Washington Days, the largest annual gathering of Kansas Democrats, took place in Topeka March 2nd and 3rd. We heard from Governor Laura Kelly, Lieutenant Governor Lynn Rogers, Representative Sharice Davids, outgoing Party Chair John Gibson as well as the keynote speaker for the banquet, Senator Jon Tester. The Kansas Democratic Party also elected a new Chair-Congratulations Vicki Hiatt!

It was great to see all the elected officials from the 3rd District in one place, as well as welcoming the members of the legislature who are new to the Democratic Party.
